Weekday Schedule



I also noticed I haven’t posted my training schedule. I’ll share it with you now.
                6:00am-Wake up and get ready for breakfast
                7:00am-Breakfsat
                8:30am-Run and Wing Chun class
                10:00-Break
                10:15-Second class. Usually conditioning or acrobatics.
                11:45-Break
                12:00-Lunch
                14:30-Second run and Baiji Class
                16:00-Break
                18:00-Dinner
                19:30-Mandarin
                20:00-In bed sleeping
